How to Turn Written Case Studies into High-Converting Video Stories

Your Proof Is Written. Now Make It Watchable.

Many organizations already have written case studies:

  • PDF one-pagers

  • Decks with “Customer Success Story” slides

  • Long-form web pages with text and charts

They’re valuable — but underused. In a world where time is tight and attention is limited, not everyone is going to sit down and read a multi-page document.

Turning those assets into case study videos lets you present the same proof in a format people are far more likely to engage with.

Step 1 – Audit Your Existing Case Study Library

Start by listing:

  • All current written case studies, across industries and products.

  • Their age (are they still relevant?).

  • The strength of the results (are there clear metrics?).

  • The visual potential (are there interesting environments or products to film?).

From there, pick 3–5 written stories that:

  • Feature ideal customer profiles

  • Have clear outcomes

  • Represent strategic markets or solutions you want to grow

Those become prime candidates for video.

Step 2 – Extract the Narrative Arc

Every good written case study already has the bones of a video script:

  • Who the customer is and what they do

  • What challenge they faced
